I had high expectations for my stay, but the reality fell short. The receptionist's impatience left me feeling unwelcome, and it really set a negative tone for my visit. Additionally, the room was overpriced for the experience provided, making me question my choice of hotel.

The friendly staff had our room ready upon arrival, and the amenities like the full-size fridge made our stay very convenient for our family.

The service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I loved that I could easily walk to Strickland Park for a relaxing afternoon and grab coffee from Starbucks just a few steps away. these little conveniences truly made my time enjoyable.
